TEACHER AND EDUCATOR
"I enjoy my lessons with Mr Moles. He's helped me find my musical voice and helped give me a real understanding of what I can achieve."
Brian has had over twenty years' experience as a musical education in a variety of fields, with valuable insight into music education through both classroom and peripatetic teaching across the board.
Mainly working with children from ages 5-18, he has considerable experience of developing musical skills and understanding both on a one-to-one level, as well as working with larger groups to encourage, nurture and develop musical understanding. Many students have benefited from his musical expertise and experience, with many going on to further studies in music.
Brian has worked both as a classroom music teacher - with experience of teaching music across the board from infant right up to A Level; and a peripatetic instrumental teacher, helping hone the musical skills and abilities of children on their musical journeys.
Brian has also tutored adults, and is conscious of the importance of building a good one-to-one relationship to help encourage and inspire all ages to realise their full potential.
Brian teaches Piano, Singing, Organ and Theory. He has also taught and aided both GSCE and A Level students – particularly specialising in Composition & Music History.
Brian is always happy to accommodate students, or for one-to-one sessions, and would be happy to discuss potential lessons.
